H1 B Transfer case is pending

I applied for H1B Transfer and extension from Company A to Company B.My Case is still recieved and pending.I have already started working for CompanyB on H1 reciept I got (WACxxxxxxnumber).My H1 visa and I94 expires by this month end.What do you advice, shall I go for PP. Can I still work for Company B after this month end on the receipt if it is still in pending status.

You have not indicated how long the case has been pending. If the case is "approvable" (i.e., non-frivolos) when filed, you should be okay. Upgrading to Premium Processing is a good idea, so that the Employer can get a decision faster. Good Luck!

My H1 pitition got filled on Oct16th.Can I still work for Company B on the receipt after Jan31st.Can i still stay and work after Jan31st after which my H1 and I94 are getting expired.

I am in a similar situation. My H1 was filed on November 2 and is still pending. I started working for company B soon after receiving the receipt notice. My previous H1 (with company A) expired on November 30. What happens if my transfer is not approved?

If your transfer is not approved, you will become out of status.
