Hi all, I am a masters student in US. I was supposed to graduate in dec 2008. I failed one course and have to take it again. My OPT already started and it would be fulltime as per my international dep. sugestion. Now, I am persuing one last course in Spring 2009, final exam is in May 2009. How can I file my H1 in Master's quota? Please answer me asap, I have to decide based on all of your's answers.

As I said in a previous post, you will need to provide documentation to USCIS that you have completed ALL the requirements for the Master's quota AT THE TIME of filing the Petition. It is difficult to predict whether Master's quota will remain open until May. I would recommend that you file the Petition under the general quota on April 1st itself.
