H1B Stamp From Canada.

I am on H1B Visa and employed in public division. Is there any difference in H1B for public and private Division. My second question is, do you provide consultancy for Visa stamping from Canada. Thanks.

I do not understand what you mean by "public and private divsion." If your question is about cap-subject and cap-exempt employers, please click on "H-1B Employer" for more information.

By Public and Private division, I meant I got H1B approval and my employer is Higher Education Institution. I talked to a private consulting company and they said I have to apply for a new H1B petition as I can not work under my old H1B approval. I don't understand much about it.
