| Hi all,
I had 2007H1 petetion, but was rejected when i went for stamping.
I cam to US on H4 in Sept 2008.......company B applied for transfer of my previous existing petetion, transfer was denied.
Now, Company B wants to apply for appealing.......my question--
1. During this process of transfer I was eligible to work....Can i work until there is a response for appeal?
2.WHat will happen if i apply for new h1 in April 2009,,,,,...any problems or I can change my status to H1 after approval without any problems?
Please help..URGENT
