| I am currently holding an H1b visa and my employer is willing to sponsor me for an immigrant visa. My fiance is from another country and I plan to file an H4 for him after our wedding. Would it be better if I wait for him to get here before I file for an immigrant visa so I can file him as well? Or can I just include him later on? |
