I came to U.S. on an L1 visa. In 2007 I have applied for H1 visa and it was approved. But when I start working with that Company, they asked me to sign a two years bond .I was not ready to sign the bond so I continued to work with the first Company under L1 status. Later on in 2008 I got my L1 visa extended and stamped in my home country. I am not sure about my H1B status, if it is revoked or not. Now one next Company is ready to apply for my H1B. Can I apply for a transfer with out any documents or is it o.k. for me to file a new application. Thank you.

It is not clear what you mean by "apply for a transfer with out any documents or is it o.k. for me to file a new application." If your question is about being subject to the H1B quota, it appears you would be cap-exempt if you have not stayed outside the US for more than one year since the 2007 H1B approval.
