| I came here on TD visa, my employer said that it would support me in the process of H1 sponsorship. Upon which I started the process of filing the H1 visa. However when the time came for the company to grant access to some of its documents needed to further the immigration process, my employer refused to support me and said that we no longer sponsor H1. I continued to work on TD visa. My question is can an employer treat its employee this way or not?// I would really appreciate your help in this regard. |
