| If my H1 is approved, my intention is to go the states and spend a month travelling before starting to work (no visa required as I am a European citizen). I also would like to have some time to identify suitable accommodation. Rather than return to Europe,can I go to Mexico or Canada to get my H1 stamp once I have my approval letter. Must the consulate be specified in the application process and how near to 1 October must I get the stamp before reentering the country? |
