| Hi Mr. Morley, my employer has applied for my H1B visa in April 2009. They received a query saying that the place of employment is a residential address which casts doubt on the legitimacy of the business and validity of employment offered. The company though operating from residence is doing extremely well and is in good standing. Also, the offer is valid as they need someone with similar qualifications as mine to fit their profile. How should they reply to this query? Waiting for you reply. |
