I am on H4. I had applied for a job and I got it. My consultant has filed for my LCA and that has been cleared.He is filing for my H1. Howerver the project has started and I need to start working. Can i do so?

If you have not been on H1B before filing this petition, you have to wait until it is approved to start work for new company.
