| I have a H1b cap exempt fulltime employment and concurrent H1b cap subject (less than 20 hours for another company). I am resigning from my fulltime employment and changing employers at the same time for a new fulltime job. Can I continue to work for my concurrent employer eventhough that the H1b which it was amended was already withdrawn from the USCIS because of my resignation?
