| I have I-140 approval with priority date Oct. 2007 which was filed by hospital A. Hospital A then cancelled our contracts due to financial problems. Is our I-140 still active? Can I get another hospital to take over the petition? I am working on H1C visa now here in US and would like my present hospital to take over as employer petitioner. Is this possible? Thank you very much. |
