| Hi,
I have an H1 B from company A and my visa is expiring in Oct, 2010. They have already started the process for H1 B renewal and have applied for extension for another 3 years.
Meanwhile I had given interview for Company B and they have offered me the position. I am now very confused as to what to do with the current situation. Company A has filed renewal and company B wants to transfer. What do we do in this case?
Please help!!
