rough.The edges of the straps are rough and sharp for some reason so when its hanging on my arm or on my shoulder it would scrape my skin. Very uncomfortable. Should also have lining.

Be michael michael kors rom bottom to top, which is a fantastic look. However, it means the opening of the bag is smaller, and cannot be opened up real wide. If you have the bag FULL of stuff I could see where it would be frustrating to fish around for any given item. However, if you travel light,
The closure snap flap is a little bulky and there is no other way to close the bag (i.e., zipper), but I love everything else about the bag, so I can easily overlook this.
