Free Consultation
We are pleased to offer a free, one-time, email consultation to our prospective clients. This consultation is being offered strictly to our ‘prospective’ clients, i.e., to persons who need a lawyer but have not hired one yet and intend to hire us.
Please email us your question(s) or immigration objective(s) along with your name, address, telephone number and other details that would help us advise you. It is important to include as much information as possible to enable us to determine whether your situation falls under the purview of a free consultation. If so, we will make every effort to respond the same day or before the end of the next business day. Please note that such a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Important: If your case is currently being processed by another lawyer or you are calling us for a “second opinion” after hiring another lawyer, then you are NOT a candidate for free consultation.
If your question(s) is/are of a complex nature and/or you need a detailed consultation, please follow the instructions below to set up a pre-paid consultation.
Pre-paid Consultation
The fee for a one-time, 30-minute telephone consultation with Attorney Morley J. Nair is $100. If the phone call is to be made to a telephone number outside the United States or Canada, there is an additional charge of $25. Please complete the following online questionnaire and remit the consultation fee using PayPal/Credit Card. After we receive the remittance, we will call you the same day, if possible, or latest by the end of the next business day. Please note that credit card payments are remitted to us immediately, but there is a three-day delay on payments using a bank account. If you prefer to pay by mail, please send us a cashier's check or Money Order to our mailing address on this web page, along with a printout of the following questionnaire with responses. The consultation fee is non-refundable, but if you hire us within one week of the date of consultation, the fee will be credited towards the attorney fees.
Please note that this one-time telephone consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. You will become our client only if you engage our services by signing a fee agreement and paying the first installment of the attorney fees.
